REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Once an order is confirmed, The Pickling Company will not accept return or refund requests. However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our patrons to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties. 

 

In case of Damaged product:

  • Customer care needs to be notified of damaged product within 3 days from delivery date via email to thepicklingcompany@gmail.com 

  • In the email, order number, image of invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of damaged product to be sent. 

  • In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.

  • We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly and we will work with you on providing an amicable solution.

  • Email will be responded to within 24 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter. Customers can also reach out to us on our official number provided in the contact page.  

 

In case of Missing product:

  • Customer care needs to be notified of missing product within 3 days from delivery date via email or call to thepicklingcompany@gmail.com

  • In the email, order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received to be sent. 

  • We will gladly accept a refund request or promptly re-send the missing product, whatever the customer decides.

  • Email will be responded to within 24 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter. 

 

In case of spoiled product:

  • Customer care needs to be notified of spoilage of product within 3 days from delivery date via email or call to thepicklingcompany@gmail.com. 

  • In the email, order number, date of packaging/ date of manufacture, clear images or video of the product to be shared.

  • We will be unable to accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, colour or aroma. This is because our products are completely natural and made mostly by hand so no two batches of our homemade pickles will be identical. No compromise is made in the natural production process, use of best and natural ingredients and we will ensure that maximum nutritional value is always retained.

  • We will work with you on providing an amicable solution. 

  • Product will be replaced after due investigation and diligence and we assure a fair outcome at all times. 

  • Email will be responded to within 24 hrs, and full assistance will be provided thereafter. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Please note our shipping policies as below:

A complete postal address including pin code, email id and contact number is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you complete your order.

If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days. However if some of the ordered items are not in stock, then we will get them produced and have them dispatched within 5 working days of the order being placed. We will keep you informed under such circumstances. Since all our raw materials are locally procured, they may be subject to availability and henceforth our production time may be affected by market availability. Under such circumstances we will keep you informed at all times. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control.

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will email you your order tracking details. We do not charge any shipping costs from our customers. All shipping within India is free.

The Pickling Company website is SSL certified and all your payment information is secured, Our payment gateway is powered by Razorpay which is the leading payment software when it comes to security as well as efficiency.
